Luis,42, passed away at Brgy. Talang, San Carlos City Pangasinan last November 5, 2012. He was born in Brgy. Talang, San Carlos City Pangasinan on June 7, 1970. He is survived by her son and daughter namely, Laurence B. Rosario and Irish B. Rosario. He worked in Polymer Product Company. He is funny and sweet in his special way.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Talang, San Carlos City Pangasinan.

Interment will be on November 14, 2012  at 8:00 A.M.
