MILYN M. PERALTA
April 23, 1982 – February 20, 2013
Milyn, 30, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on February
20, 2013. She was born on April 23, 1982.
Survived by her loving Parents, Gabriel and Rosa Peralta and
her brothers and sisters, Gilda, Crispin, Sherill and Gabby. Her grand mother,
Arsenia Peralta and her nephews and nieces, Luis Gabriel, John Daniel, Jannah
Rose and Princess Maica.
Her nephews and nieces call her Tita Mymy.
Mymy was the 4th child of Gabriel and Rosa
Peralta.
Mymy loves surfing in facebook, picturing her self or her
family and friends, listening to radio and singing in videoke.
She is a computer literate.
Her favorite songs are gospel song like I offer my life, God
gave me you and love songs like, why, be careful with my heart and Sorry na.
She is a college graduate in Metrodita College in Manila and
finished Bachelor of Science in Administration major in Office management.
She worked in Peoples Bank as deposit colletor.
And this present in Pangasinan Doctors Hospital as a cashier.
As a daughter she is loving, sweet and all the good things we
can say to her she already have it.
As a friend, she is jolly, kind, caring and helpful person.
As an employee she is humble, honest and dedicated.
The things will never forget to Mymy, for being “kalog” to
her friends, joker, having a sense of humor, sweet, jolly and having no dull
moments with her.
Her
body lies in state at Brgy. Balayong, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on March 2, 2013 (Saturday)
at 10:00 a.m.
