 who joined the Creator at the age of 58 on September 17, 2014  and pray for the repose of his soul.

Let us also offer our prayers and condolences to the members of the ALAY-AY AND GALVEZ family.

His earthly remains was being viewed at Barangay Sagayad, City of San Fernando, La Union. 

        His body shall be committed to the Lord on
