 who joined the Creator at the age of 81 on April 17, 2015  and pray for the repose of her soul.

Let us also offer our prayers and condolences to the members of the LOPEZ-CHAN family.

Her earthly remains was being viewed at #63 Sampaguita St., Capitol View Subd. Poro,  San Fernando, La Union. 

        Interment will be on April 15, 2015 (Saturday)
