His remains lie in state at Burgos St. San Carlos City, Pangasinan

and interment will be at Agdao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan

on April 12, 2018 at 3:00 PM

he is survived by Evangeline R. Prado

She request the pious to pray for the eternal repose of her father  soul.
