She is survived by her daughters Josefina, Elisa, Leticia and sons Oscar and Rene.  They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of JOSEFINA.

Her body lies in state at Coliling, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on April 18, 2012 at 9:00 A.M.
