Tatay has joined with our loving father at the age of 79, last January 19, 2013.  He was born at San Fernando City, La Union on November 27, 1931.

He is survived by his family and friends. They request the pious readers to pray for the soul of ELPIDIO.

Interment will be on January 26, 2013  at 10:30 a.m.
