Benigno, 77, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on January 31, 2013. He was born on January 18, 1936 in Balitesur, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Survived by his loving wife, Rebecca G. Muñoz and his sons and daughters, Sonia Fe, Agnes, Salome, Luz, Joselito, Maritess, Gabriel, Lourdez and Ruby May.

Tatay Benig loves to mingle with friends and interested in Politics and field works like farming.

He is loving and caring to his children and grandchildren.

He is kind and friendly to everyone.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Balitesur, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on February 9, 2013 (Saturday) at 10:30 a.m.
