Survived by his loving wife and children.

His family calls him Tatay.

He is loving, sweet and caring.

His family will never forget his love and kindness.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Payar, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on April 10, 2013 (Wednesday)
