               September 14, 1962 – May 13, 2013

Luzviminda, 50, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on May 13, 2013. She was born on September 14, 1962.

Survived by her loving husband,  Rodel B. Fernandez, and her son and daughters, Mary Joyce, Mary Grace, Rodolfo, Sharmaine and grandchild Vivianne Seph.

Her family calls her Nanay and “Minda” by her relatives and friends.

Nanay Minda loves playing computer games.

Her favorite song is Still loving you by Scorpion.

She graduated in Philippine Maritime Institute University (PMI) Colleges.

She worked in R and R Cargo Specialist Inc. as secretary and documentary officer from 1985 to 1987.

As a wife, she’s a very thoughtful, caring and loving wife. She did’nt failed to be a good wife.

As a mother, she is caring and loving mom. 

As a grandmother, she is loving and sweet.

 As a friend, she is kind and jolly person. She always giving advice to her friends.

Her remarkable deed is she became a Barangay Councilor of Barangay Estangero. 

Nanay Minda was a very happy and cheery person. She always jokes around, she loves making everyone laugh. 

This are things that her family will never forget.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. Estangero, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on May 23, 2013 (Wednesday)
