Carlito, 54, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on May
30, 2013.
He was born on May 14, 1959.

Survived by his loving wife, Marie Aquino and his sons and daughter,
Alvin, Jahcel, Mark Paolo, Ivan Xandrex and Lebron James.
His
family calls him Papa and “Lito” by his relatives and friends.
Papa
Lito loves watching television especially basketball, his favorite player in
NBA is Lebron James which he named after his son.
He also
loves listening to music and his favorite song is “faithfully” by Bon Jovi.
He
worked in Dagupan Bus Company as driver for 2 years and in PBLC Bus Company for
almost 1 year and later on in RCF Trucking Company from 2012 up to present.
As a
husband, he is kind, responsible and loving.
As a
father, he is kind, a good provider, caring, loving and very responsible.
As a
friend, he is sincere, kind and friendly.
His
family will never forget his love.
His
body lies in state at Brgy. Malacañang, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on June 5, 2013 (Wednesday)
