There will be  a relaunch of Gardens Lots for 3 Holy Gardens single business units  on July 28, 2013.  The sbus are :   Holy Gardens Calapan, Holy Gardens Calamba and Holy Gardens La Union Memorial park.

The garden lots that are currently offered and sold out are senior single niche.  The new lot offerings are:

Garden 4 lots with half niche

Garden 8 lots with full double niche

Garden 8 lots with two layered double niche.

The new product offerings will meet the need of medium sized families;  neither too small for lawn lots, or too big for junior estate.  They will satisfy those who are between the P200,000 and P600,000 market
