Esmenio P. Raña, 71 years old, passed away at Barangay Sagayad Relocation, San Fernando City, La Union on August 26, 2013. He was born on March 22, 1942.
He was survived by his wife, Anita, and children namely Catalino, Anel, Estela, Nicholas, Mary Ann and Emelita.
Tatay Jasmin used to spent his leisure time on bowling and cooking. He was described as a disciplinarian, studious and hardworking person. He was used to prioritizing his family before others.
His family will miss his cooking for them upon arriving from work.
His body lies in state at Barangay Sagayad Relocation, San Fernando City, La Union.
Interment will be on September 7, 2013
