Holy Gardens Group New Processes for posting/uploading of free obituaries at Griefshare

This has been posted in many sites: Facebook fan pages, at Holy Gardens group. This should remind us on the new policy/process for the posting of free obituaries of Holy Gardens Customers, online at Holy Gardens griefshare.

Subject: Posting of Obituaries at Griefshare and FOFF
Objectives:
1. To create greater customer impact, ie customer service
2. To assist Holy Gardens gather more prospects/and leads, through email marketing
3. To achieve uniformity in the output: the obituary at blogger and FB fan pages.
WHO : CSS 2
Who : to be supervised by CMO at the SBU prior to uploading
to be checked by AO and/or Marketing Assistant daily
When: effective January 8, 2013; however SBUs CSS 2 can start practicing ASAP
How:
The following shall be observed regarding the posting of free obituaries, our special service to our customers and non customers alike
1. The minimum content for each of the obituary shall be:
1. Name of deceased
2. Birth date, death date, interment date
3. Place of birth
4. Place of viewing
5. Some of the names of the bereaved (survivors)
6. Picture (optional) of the deceased
2. Obits must be posted not later than 3 days after death.
3. Obits must be posted twice:
1. Once at the blogger website: www.griefshare.blogspot.com for our customers; and for non customer: www.holygardensmemorial.blogspot.com for our non customers
2. And at facebook fan pages (N.B. not a link posting)

4. How to post the obit at FB fan page.
1. First like the above pages. We will install welcome fan gate click a the above soon; if they do not like the page, they can not see the content, or access the posting at the page.
2. Then you can either go to
1. status and after you copy the post from the blogger, (at the edit mode of blogger), paste the same at the status posting; however if it does not work out (if the picture will not post)
2. Upload photo:
1. Download the picture of the deceased in a computer photo file (use drive C if possible, so as not slow down your computer)
2. Go to the photo posting, upload the picture from your computer, and copy paste the text of the obit.
Then view the page, check and edit, or repost if necessary.
5. Template for text of the obit:
You have to follow this in order that the post may not be offensive to the visitors to FB readers.
Here is the suggested template:
" Let us remember and celebrate the life, love, laughter and labor of _________ who joined the Creator on ________________, and pray for the repose of his/her soul. Let us also offer our prayers and condolences to the members of the deceased family who include:______________, ___________, ________________, ______________, ______________
His earthly remains are being viewed at _________________________.
His body shall be committed to the Lord on _________________at _________(time) at _____________________________(mention if publc or Catholic cemetery. and even more so at HGMP)
You may post quotes from the bible etc to end the post:
+ "Dust thou art, to thus returneth....."
+ " Dust unto dust...."
+ "Yet though I walk through the valley of death, I will fear no evil...."
+ " In my father's kingdom, there are plenty of mansions...."
6. Compensation/rewards:
Compensation shall be given to the CSS 2 for the posting (shall not be taken from IF, but made via check after a request CRF is made by the CMO;
Amount: P50.00 for griefshare post.; P25.00 for the FOFF post:
Provided:
1. The sbu promptly reports all the interments, deaths at the sbu;
2. There is minimum of 10 post for FOFF
3. Conditions # l to 4 are strictly followed.
