He is survived by his wife Anita Leybag Aquino, children Dignalyn, Daisyleen Jervee, Jayrald and . They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of Jacinto.
His body lies in state at Roxas Blvd., San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment will be on November 27, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
