He is survived by his siblings Priscilla, Valeriano, Jesusa, Violeta, Anita, Elizabeth, Mercy and Lorna. They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of FERNANDO.
His body lies in state at Ilocanos Sur, San Fernando, La Union.
Interment will be on December 6, 2011 at 2:00 P.M.
