He is survived by his wife Esperanza and children Marilou and Edgardo, Cesar Jr., and Windsor. They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of CESAR.

His body lies in state at # 57 Caoayan Kiling, San Carlos 

City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on April 12, 2012 at 8:00 A.M.
