He is survived by his mother Lydia Manaois and siblings: Manolito, Marycel, Reynaldo, Marjon Heidi and his son Kyle Andrey.  They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of CHARLIE.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Palaming, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on April 10, 2012 at 9:00 A.M.
