Fortunata, 86, passed away last October 27, 2012 at Salinap, San Carlos City Pangasinan. She
was born in Salinap, San Carlos City Pangasinan on October
15, 1926.
She is survived by her son and daughters, Rebbecca, Rosalina,
Remigio, Rodrigo, Alicia and Pilar. She is a loving mother and a friend. She called her "Nanay Ataw" by her family.
Her body lies in state at Salinap, San Carlos City Pangasinan.
Interment will be on November
4, 2012 (Sun.) at 9:00 a.m.
