February 16, 1920- October 20, 2012; Age:92

He is survived by his loving family.  They request the pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of Papa Tan.

His body lies in state at San Fernando City, La Union.

Interment will be on October 24, 2012 at 8:00 A.M.
