January 27, 1972 – February 22, 2013

Sheila, 41, passed away at East Ave. Quezon City on February 22, 2013. She was born on January 27, 1972.

She is survived by her loving Parents: Adolfo and Sylvia Malicdem, her brothers and sisters, Achiles, Aristotle, Sheryl, Abraham, Sharon and Archimedes, her nieces and nephew, Angel Jane, Arianne Selene and Erwin Sherl.

Sheila was the eldest child of Adolfo and Sylvia Mamaat.

Sheila graduated Nursing batch 1993 at University of Pangasinan.

Worked as a private nurse in Lavista, Quezon City for 1 year after graduted in college and in JRM car aircon as secretary for more than 5 years.

Her favorite songs are: "You got a way" by Shanaih Twain, "Because you love me" by Celine Dion and Valentine.

She loves fixing and cleaning their house.

Sheila was a strong woman, loving person to her family and a kind person to her friends.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. Cruz, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on March 3, 2013 (Sunday) at 10:00 a.m.

Milyn M. Peralta, passed away last February 20, 2013

MILYN M. PERALTA

April 23, 1982 – February 20, 2013

Milyn, 30, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on February 20, 2013. She was born on April 23, 1982.

Survived by her loving Parents, Gabriel and Rosa Peralta and her brothers and sisters, Gilda, Crispin, Sherill and Gabby. Her grand mother, Arsenia Peralta and her nephews and nieces, Luis Gabriel, John Daniel, Jannah Rose and Princess Maica.

Her nephews and nieces call her Tita Mymy.

Mymy was the 4^th child of Gabriel and Rosa Peralta.

Mymy loves surfing in facebook, picturing her self or her family and friends, listening to radio and singing in videoke.

She is a computer literate.

Her favorite songs are gospel song like I offer my life, God gave me you and love songs like, why, be careful with my heart and Sorry na.

She is a college graduate in Metrodita College in Manila and finished Bachelor of Science in Administration major in Office management.

She worked in Peoples Bank as deposit colletor.

And this present in Pangasinan Doctors Hospital as a cashier.

As a daughter she is loving, sweet and all the good things we can say to her she already have it.

As a friend, she is jolly, kind, caring and helpful person.

As an employee she is humble, honest and dedicated.

The things will never forget to Mymy, for being “kalog” to her friends, joker, having a sense of humor, sweet, jolly and having no dull moments with her.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. Balayong, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on March 2, 2013 (Saturday) 

at 10:00 a.m.

Papa Oming has joined with our loving father at the age of 78, last February 19, 2013.  He was born at San Fernando City, La Union on June 24, 1934.

He is survived by his children namely Jun, Bong and Bol.

Papa Oming was loving, a good proviider, understanding and jolly person. He used to spend his leisure time on cooking, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Interment will be on February 26, 2013  at 8:30 a.m.

  December 2, 1926- February 24, 2013

Mama Sidra has joined with our loving father at the age of 86, last February 24, 2013.  She was born at San Fernando City, La Union on December 2, 1926.

She is survived by her children namely Pepe and Anita, Rod and Macel and relatives.

Mama Sidra used to spend her leisure time on reading, and staying in cool places or under the mango tree.

Interment will be on March 4, 2013
