Melody has joined with our loving father at the age of 26, last April 26, 2013. She was born at San Fernando City, La Union on December 29, 1985.
Melody was survived by her parents Danilo and Divina Amlog, and husband John Richard.
She worked at CSI Furniture as a sales lady. She was blessed with two kids namely Jan Nazarene and Shane Merich.
Interment will be on May 11, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.
at
Holy Gardens La Union Memorial Park
