Melody has joined with our loving father at the age of 26, last April 26, 2013.  She was born at San Fernando City, La Union on December 29, 1985.

Melody was survived by her parents Danilo and Divina Amlog, and husband John Richard.

She worked at CSI Furniture as a sales lady. She was blessed with two kids namely Jan Nazarene and Shane Merich.

Interment will be on May 11, 2013 at 9:00 a.m.

Survived by her loving sons and daughters, Wilfredo, rebecca, Manuel, Imelda, Delia, Alicia, Romeo, Agosto, Maria, Diosdad, Mark Anthony, Rodolfo, Benito and Bernie.

Her family calls her Nanay and Ising by her relatives and friends.

Nanay Ising loves sewing clothes, cooking and taking care of her grandchildren.

Her favorite song are Filipino folk songs.

She is loving, caring and kind to her family.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. Baldog, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Survived by her loving husband, Mauro De Leon, and her sons, Rodolfo, Amado, Lafredo, Roberto and Marlon and her daughters, Merlita, Solidad, Myrna, Mercedes, Sofia and Vilma.

Her family calls her Nanay and Binay by her relatives and friends.

Nanay Binay loves watching television and cooking.

Her favorite song is Malinap lay labi.

She is loving, caring and kind to her family.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. Tamayo, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on April 25, 2013 (Thursday)
