Andres, 75 years old, passed away at Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on June 30, 2013. He was born on March 11, 1938.

Survived by his loving wife, Anecita and his sons Joey, Andres Jr. and Mike and daughters, Julie and Ofelia.

His family calls him Tatay Andres.

He loves watching television and listening to music.

He was good in carpentry.

His favorite vocal group was The Platters.

As a father, he was very supportive and a good provider.

As a grandfather, he was loving and caring.

As a friend, he was kind and friendly.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Tarece, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on July 10, 2013 (Wednesday)
