Melanio, 55 years old, passed away at Brgy. Agdao, San Carlos City,
Pangasinan on June 21, 2013. He was born on October 22, 1957.
Survived by his loving wife, Myrna S. Gutierrez and his
daughters, Michelle, Myra Ruth, Mona Liza, Melanie Ann and Mercy Lou.
His
family calls him Papa and “Melan” by his relatives and friends.
He
loves watching television together with his family.
He also loves gardening and taking care of his pets.

He was good in driving and loves collecting antiques and going out with his friends.
His
favorite songs were Be my lady, Power of love, Memories of our dream and Butterfly kisses.
He
studied in Samson Technical Institute.
He
worked in Nesco Telephone in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as Chief Mechanic from
1982 – 1987 and National Protection Company in Abu Dhabi as Mechanic from 1988
- 1993.
As a
husband, he was loving, sweet and Industrious.
As a
father, he was loving and responsible.
As a
friend, he was generous.
As an employee, he was dedicated and responsible.
He was
awarded as Most Outstanding Employer in National Protection Company.
His
family's unforgettable moments with him would always be the time he makes them happy by his
unconditional love.
His
body lies in state at Brgy. Agdao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on July 7, 2013 (Sunday)
