Monica, 75, passed away at Blessed Family Doctors Hospital,
San Carlos City, Pangasinan on October 12, 2013. She was born on April 17, 1938.
Survived by her loving sons, Felimon, Crisanto and Felizardo
Jr., and her loving daughters, Cristina, Florence and Regina.
Her family calls her Nanay Gemma.
She loves watching television together with her family.
Her favorite song is I went to your wedding.
She graduated with a degree course of Bachelor of Science in
Nursing.
A Chief Nurse at Jose B. Lingad General Hospital, Barangay
Dolores San Fernando, Pampanga.
A loving, caring, strict and a good provider to her children.
A loving, sweet and caring grandmother.
Her family will never forget her love and care for them.
Her
body lies in state at St. Peter Chapel, Barangay Agdao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on October 19, 2013 (Saturday)
