Julita, 53, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on October
14, 2013. She was born on November 15, 1959.
Survived by her loving husband, Teofilo C. Tamayo, and her
loving sons, Joel, Jeffrey, Joseph and her loving daughter, Jennilyn.
Her family calls her Nanay Julita.
She loves dancing and texting with her friends.
Her favorite song is Pusong Bato.
A very loving, kind and caring wife.
A Kind, understanding, caring and lovig mother.
A loving and caring grandmother.
A loving and kind friend.
Her family will never forget all the memories she left.
Her
body lies in state at Barangay Agdao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on October 20, 2013 (Sunday)
