His remains lie in state at Brgy. Abanon San Carlos City,Pangasinan

and interment will be at Agdao, San Carlos City, Pangasinan

on June 28, 2018 at 10:00 am 

he is survived by  Marly Sumaya

she request the pious to pray for the eternal repose of her Father Soul.
