Quezon City on July 22, 2013. He was born on October 18, 1948.
Survived by his loving wife, Gilda Samera and his son, Donald
and his daughters, Gladiola and Gemma.
His
family calls him Daddy Douglas.
A
loving, sweet and responsible husband.
A
loving, caring and very supportive father.
A
sweet, loving and caring grandfather and
a kind
and friendly person.
His
family will never forget all the memories that he left.
His
body lies in state at Barangay Caoayan Kiling, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on August 4, 2013 (Sunday)
