April 12, 1936-  August 7, 2012; Age,76

She is survived by her  family and friends. They request the

pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of 

Epifania.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. #136 Turac, San Carlos City, Pangasinan

 

Interment will be on August 18, 2012 (Sun.) at 9:00 a.m.
