He is survived by his family and friends. They request the
pious readers to pray for the repose of the soul of
Tatay Victorio.
His body lies in state at Brgy. Sibuan Otong, San Fernando City, La Union.
Interment will be on August 11, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
