His date of birth was May 12, 1947. He is married to Mariles S. Apostol. He is survived by his children Robert, Richard, Ricardo, Raul, Ruben and Reggielyn. He is a loving father and a friend.
His body lies in state at Barangay Agdao, San Carlos City Pangasinan.
Interment will be on October 30, 2012 at 8:00 A.M.

Holy Gardens Pangasinan Memorial Park.
