MITOS DE LEON

Mitos, 44, went to heaven with her family by her side in Pagsolingan San Carlos City Pangasinan. She passed away last October 18, 2012. She was born in Lingayen Pangasinan. Her date of birth was April 12, 1968. She is survived by her husband Louis De Leon and child Christell Mae.  She is a loving wife and a friend. She was a registered nurse. She graduated in college at Vergen Milagrosa University Foundation. 

Her body lies in state at Pagsolingan, San Carlos City Pangasinan. 

Interment will be on October 27, 2012 at 8:30 A.M.
