Ernita; 50, passed away at Brgy. Calomboyan, San Carlos City Pangasinan on November 22, 2012. She was born in Samar on April 12, 1962. She is survived by her husband; Alvino DC. Dela Cruz Sr. and her sons and daughters namely; Nonie, Nilly, Nissan and Normie. She is sweet, loving mother.

Her body lies in state at Brgy.Calomboyan, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on December 5, 2012 (Weds.) at 10:00 a.m.
