Leonarda; 73, passed away at Brgy. Bacnar, San Carlos City Pangasinan on December 2, 2012. She was born in Camiling, Tarlac on September 20, 1939. She is survived by her loving husband; Celetino C. Bautista and her sons and daughters namely; Benjamin, Natividad, Desideria, Rebecca and Abelardo. She is good and loving mother.

Her body lies in state at Brgy.Bacnar, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on December 12, 2012 (Weds.) at 9:00 a.m.
