GERARD P. FAJARDO

Gerard, 25, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan on February
12, 2013. He was born on January 16, 1988 in Angeles City, Pampanga.
He is survived by his loving parents: Gloria and Robin Fajardo, his brother and sisters, Rhea, Jumelyn, Glen and Ruth.
He loves singing and teaching.
His favorite song are Gospel songs and Love songs.
He graduated in college as a Nurse and work at Clark
Educational Center as a teacher from 2011-2012.
He is a registered nurse and a teacher, a leader of Youth
Alive President, Cellgroup leader and a camp staff.
He is a loving and sweet son and brother.
His
body lies in state at Brgy. Magtaking, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on February 23, 2013 (Saturday)
at 10:00 a.m.
