Melacio Espinosa Recana, 82, passed away at MMG Hospital , Tawiran Calapan City. He was born in Calapan City on September 28, 1930. He is married to Apolonia Magboo with their son and daughters Cristeta, Librado, Ricardo, Rosana, Alberto, Roberto, Melecio Jr. Trinidad
He is one of the respected man in Calapan City who serves being a Brgy. Captain in Barangay Masipit for almost 17 yrs.
He serves his people with honest and
honor, legacy that he leave in his people in their Barangay.
His body lies in state at Barangay
Masipit, Calapan City.
Interment will be on February 16, 2013
at 1:00 P.M.
