Encarnacion, 92, passed away at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, on November 13, 2013. She was born on January 21, 1921.

Survived by her loving sons, Manuel, Teofilo, Rogelio, and Marlon, and her loving daughters, Leticia, Thelma, Evelyn, Edna and Marlyn.

Her family calls her Nanay Carnay.

She loves reading books, cooking and praying.

She is good in teaching and counselling.

She garduated in Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.

Worked in Magtaking Elementary School as Teacher III.

She is loving, passionate and caring mother.

She is modest, loving and sweet grandmother.

She is amiable and humble friend.

She is devoted and kind employee.

Her family will never forget all the memories she left.

Her body lies in state at Barangay Magtaking, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on November 23, 2013 (Saturday)
