Teresita, 84, passed away at  Brgy. San Agustin, San Fernando City, La Union on November 17, 2013. She was born on August 9, 1929.

Survived by her loved ones.

Her family calls her Mama.

She is a loving and caring mother.

A loving, caring and sweet grandmother.

A kind and a trusted friend of so many.

Her family will never forget her unconditional love and care for them.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. San Agustin, San Fernando City, La Union.

Interment will be on November 27, 2013 (Wednesday)
