MARCH 3, 1952 - DECEMBER 7, 2012

Luis; 60, passed away at Air Force Gen. Hospital, Pasay City on December 7, 2012. He was born in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on March 3, 1952. He is survived by his wife- Florian A. Barrozo and his son and daughters namely; Jackielyn, Jeremiah and Jewel Ann. He is good provider and a very loving father.

His body lies in state at Brgy. Naguilayan, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on December 20, 2012 (Thursday) at 9:00 a.m.
