Basilio; 62, passed away at Blessed Family Doctors Hospital
on November 27, 2012. He was born in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on April 22,
1952. He is survived by his wife; Marieta V. Rola and his sons and daughters
namely; Irvin, Harvey and Maricar. He is a Deputized Office. A good provider
and a very respected father.
His body lies in state at Brgy.Mabini, San Carlos City,
Pangasinan.
Interment will be on December
2, 2012 (Sun.) at 3:00 a.m.
