Wilfredo; 60, passed away at Pangasinan Provincial Hospital, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on December 6, 2012. He was born in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on October 5, 1952. He is survived by his loving wife- Julita T. De Guzman and his sons namely; Jeffrey, Wilson, Don Christian, Wilfredo III, Wilhelm and Peter John. He is a loving father and a friend.

His body lies in state at Brgy.Aponit, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on December 19, 2012 (Wednesday.) at 9:00 a.m.
