Carlito, 32, passed away on December 14, 2012. He was born in San Carlos City, Pangasinan on January 24, 1980. Survived by his parents, Edwardo and Maria De Guzman and his brothers and sisters, Jesus, Wilfredo, Mercedes, Brendo, Vicky, Leo and Jun-jun. He is sweet in his special way and a loving son and brother.

His body lies in state at Brgy. San Juan, Agtas., San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on December 27, 2012 (Thursday) at 

10:00 a.m.
