Daniel, 59, passed away at NAIA Terminal I Medical Clinic,
NAIA, Pasay City on January 3, 2013. He was born on September 24, 1953.
Survived by his loving wife, Esperanza O. Samson and his sons
and daughters, Ann Janice, Art, Aaron, Asthon, Aristotle and Angelica Daniella.
His body lies in state at Brgy. Tarece, San Carlos City,
Pangasinan.
Interment will be on January
16, 2013 (Wednesday) at 9:30 a.m.
