Luis, 79 years old, passed away at Barangay Buenglat, San Carlos City,
Pangasinan on August 18, 2013. He was born on August 25, 1933.
Survived by his loving wife, Felicidad
Gutierrez, and his sons, Vitaliano, Benjamin, Carlito and Rodolfo and his
daughter, Lorna.
His family calls him Tatay Luis.
He loves planting trees and watching television.
A loving and caring husband.

A loving and sweet grandfather.
A kind and thoughtful friend.
His family will never forget all his kindness and
love for his family.
His body
lies in state at Barangay Beunglat, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
Interment
will be on August 24, 2013 (Saturday)
