Epifania, 70 years old, passed away at Blessed Family Doctors Hospital, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on July 22, 2013. She was born on December 10, 1942.

Survived by her loving brothers, Jaime and Zaldy and her loving sister Lydia.

Her family calls her Ate Fany.

She loves taking care of her family and does the household chores.

She was a loving and a very supportive sister.

Her family will never forget all the memories that she have left.

Her body lies in state at Barangay Salinap, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on August 3, 2013 (Saturday)
