Federico G. Hidalgo, 84 years old, passed away at Barangay Bangcusay, San Fernando City, La Union on August 26, 2013. He was born on December 18, 1928.
Tatang Piding was survived by his children namely Eduardo, Marlyn, Lito, Zaldy, and Grace.
He was described as strict, disciplinarian, caring and loving person. He usually spent his leisure time on planting, cleaning and listening to radio.
His body lies in state at Barangay Bangcusay, San Fernando City, La Union.
Interment will be on September 5, 2013
