He is survived by his wife Francisca Valdez and daughter Felicidad Dumaguing. They request the pious
readers to pray for the repose of the soul of Marcelino.
His body lies in state of 689 Quezon Avenue, Brgy 1, San Fernando City, La Union.
Interment will be on November 23, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
