Felisa, 66, passed away at Brgy. Cacaritan, San Carlos City, Pangasinan on April 11, 2013. She was born on February 13, 1947.

Survived by her loving sons, Cesario, Elpidio, George and Gerry and her daughters, Editha, Merlita, Evelyn and Arlene.

Her family calls her Nanay and Ansay by her friends.

Nanay loves caring her grandchildren, watching television and listening to radio.

Her favorite song is One more chance.

She is resposible, caring, sweet and understanding.

Her body lies in state at Brgy. Cacaritan, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Interment will be on April 20, 2013 (Saturday)

at 9:30 a.m.
