Let us remember and celebrate the life, love, laughter and labor of EFREN HIGOY VALDEZ SR. who joined the Creator on August 26, 2016 and pray for the repose of his soul.
Let us also offer our prayers and condolences to the
members of the deceased family who include the Higoy-Valdez family, relatives and friends. His wake will be at Brgy. Sevilla Norte, San Fernando City, La Union.
